Some are self-reiki practices.
Some are not.
That’s because I believe reiki is most powerful when it’s combined with a fine attunement to the energetics, when it follows the moment as it is, and meets you exactly where you are.
I’ve broken down the most commonly needed practice week-by-week, but follow your intuition first.
Every time you settle in to practice, you tune in to what you need and press play. Or don’t.
There is a full practice page available if you’re not finding what you need that day. You can repeat something, skip something, do it in the shower or half-asleep. You are sovereign here.
Let yourself be led, yes. But even more, let yourself belong — fully — to yourself.
