When the Resistance Comes to Play – Week 2
Just for today, I shall gently and tenderly meet myself, even when i’d rather not
Welcome to week 2, my love.
(Or before, if Resistance with a capital R has showed up already. She often does).
Here’s my main message for this week:
Resistance is not a problem.
It’s where the main work is.
If we can meet her with love, the true healing starts operating… and everything has a chance to transform.

For when…
you want to meet yourself even deeper, meeting and clearing each and every chakra intentionally as you go

Self-reiki for when you’re tired
For when…
you’re tired and feel trepidation in connecting to reiki. This will help you feel held and ease into it without effort or performance.

RAIN –
Recognition, Allowing, Investigating, Nurturing
For when…
something is coming up in your self-reiki and it baffles you and you’d like to spend more time with it.

Inner child healing
For when…
there’s a pattern showing up for you that started in child hood. This will allow you to connect with your little one and help soothe her (and maybe even shift the pattern)

Moving through anger
For when…
anger, irritability or annoyance come up and you’d like to move it through your system (and restore your boundaries)

Welcome to week 2
You made it to day 7. Whether you did all 7, or just 1, it’s worth celebrating.
& if it’s less than you’d like? That means there’s possibly some juicy resistance afoot… and that’s good news.
Why? Because if you’re able to send some love to that, to the part of you that doesn’t want to heal, that wants things to stay fragmented so you can stay “safe”, healing is not far behind.
The resistance doesn’t need overriding. It needs listening. It needs loving. It needs integrating.
That’s what these practices are here to help you do.
