Welcome to week 1
Welcome, welcome, welcome to this Reiki Reset. This is your space for lush, loving reconnection—to yourself, to your energy, to the deep reservoir of healing that’s always here.
For 28 days, you’ll have access to these practices. But we’re doing this differently. We’re taking the pressure off. You don’t have to complete 21 days. You simply get to celebrate every single time you show up for yourself.
There’s no perfect here, just honest, human, imperfect returning. `And that’s more than enough. I promise: It’s plenty.
How to use these practices
You’ll find guided self-Reiki practices here. You can use them as often—or as intuitively—as you like. You can do them self-guided, as Reiki is traditionally taught, or let the recordings hold you.
There’s something powerful about knowing others have listened to these too. We’re connected, even from afar.
If after a few days you notice old emotions or tensions stirring up—that’s the journey working. Stick with self-reiki, BUT in case you need something beyond self-Reiki. You’ll find extra practices here for that, like the De-Armoring & Boundary Reset, especially when your system feels shut down. You can also go back to the practices included in the Welcome Week. They’re always supportive.
This is your sovereign journey. Pause, stretch, shorten, repeat. Do with it what YOU need.

Start by setting your intention. Why are you really here? What does your heart hope to receive from this journey?
Take a moment. Write it down.
