🔹 You feel like you “should” be more intuitive as a healer
🔹 You want practical clarity on how intuition actually works.
Three Takeaways
1️⃣ Intuition looks radically different depending on your energetic design.
2️⃣ There are two kinds of intuition: seeing what is vs. navigating the unknown.
3️⃣ Fear isn’t the enemy of intuition—it can actually sharpen it.

How to Tell the Difference Between Fear and Intuition (Especially as a Healer)
If you’ve ever paused mid-decision, heart pounding, wondering “Is this fear… or is it my intuition?”, you’re not alone. For many sensitive and intuitive women, this question becomes a loop that stops forward movement. The stakes feel high, especially when you’re on a healing path.
Here’s the truth: That question is often the wrong place to begin.
Why This Question Freezes Us
When we ask “Is it fear or intuition?”, we assume they’re mutually exclusive. That if something scares us, it must not be intuitive. But for those creating a life from the inside out—a healer’s life—fear is often part of the package. Because you’re stepping into the unknown.
Intuition doesn’t always come wrapped in warmth and certainty. Sometimes it comes cloaked in discomfort. The truth is, it’s often both. Fear and intuition can coexist.
The 2 Types of Intuition (That Nobody Talks About)
Inge offers a powerful distinction: there isn’t just one kind of intuition.
- Clear Seeing – This is the ability to see what is, without projection or distortion. It’s the type of intuition that reads energy clearly, discerns patterns, and “knows” things about people, spaces, or timelines. This kind of intuition sharpens with healing work—it comes from inner clarity.
- Navigating in the Dark – This is the quieter, more mysterious type. It’s what guides you even when you don’t feel clear. It’s how you put one foot in front of the other when the path hasn’t fully formed. It’s rooted in inner safety, not outer certainty.
For most of us, especially when creating something we’ve never seen modeled before, it’s this second kind of intuition that becomes the lifeline.
Your Intuition Might Not Look Like Mine
Human Design offers insight here. Some people feel intuition as an immediate “yes” or “no” (sacral). Others ride an emotional wave (emotional authority). Some get sudden hits of knowing (splenic). If you’ve ever wondered why following your intuition doesn’t feel like how others describe it—it might be because your system is wired differently.
That’s not a flaw. It’s your map.
Letting Fear Sharpen, Not Silence
Instead of shutting fear out, try working with it. Get still. Let it clarify your senses. Let it make you more present, more discerning, more alert to subtle cues. Fear, in right relationship, can sharpen your intuition rather than cloud it.
This is especially true when you’re facing an energetic block. Sometimes, your intuition will lead you straight into the heart of a belief that’s been keeping you small—so you can finally clear it.
And that’s the path that gets you where you want to go.
Final Thought
If you’re trying to build a healer’s life that’s authentic, creative, and led from within—you’ll need both: the courage to feel fear and the trust to move anyway.
Because often, that little voice inside isn’t confused. It’s just quieter than the world around you.
