Why Overthinking Is Sabotaging Your Healing Journey (And How to Get Unstuck)
As a healer, your mind is brilliant. Your curiosity is boundless. You soak in teachings, spiritual practices, and energy work like a sponge. But sometimes, that very brilliance becomes a trap. You hit a wall. Suddenly, your nervous system says: “Too much.” And without even realizing it, you stall.
The Block That Looks Like Wisdom
You want to understand every kind of energy. You want to know if you’re doing it “right.” So you binge on content, overanalyze, compare, and spin in questions like:
- Am I connecting to the right energy?
- What if I’m spiritually bypassing?
- Do I have what it takes?
These are valid fears. But when they loop endlessly, they become a spiritual defense mechanism. A way to avoid the vulnerability of actually doing the thing.
The Safety of the Loop
There’s a false sense of safety in trying to figure it all out first. It’s easier to stay in your head than take a step that feels scary. But healing doesn’t happen in the echo chamber of our minds. It happens in the aliveness of engagement. In the courage to say, “I don’t know, but I’m moving anyway.”
How to Move from Knowing to Becoming
Inge shares a new model of healing: awareness, action, integration. Instead of waiting to feel worthy or clear, take action that asserts your worth. Let the transformation follow.
One powerful example? Inge’s decision to act from her power shifted her marriage, opened the door to motherhood, and transformed her business.
Action first. Clarity after.
From Predictive to Creative Intuition
You don’t need to use your intuition as a fortune-telling device. Use it as a compass. Ask it what you need to do next. Not what’s going to happen, but what you can create.
Healing becomes joyful when you stop trying to master it and start dancing with it. When you realize: you matter. Your voice matters. And your steps in the dark create new light.
